The contracts stipulated with the four workers are for an indefinite period, thanks to the company’s crop diversification, which guarantees work throughout the entire annual cycle.
In periods of greatest fervor we make use of seasonal contracts with two boys from the town. For the grape harvest we hire five or six grape harvesters, usually friends or people from the area.
