The contracts stipulated with the four workers are for an indefinite period, thanks to the company’s crop diversification, which guarantees work throughout the entire annual cycle.

In periods of greatest fervor we make use of seasonal contracts with two boys from the town. For the grape harvest we hire five or six grape harvesters, usually friends or people from the area.
The work of external teams is widespread in the surrounding area, now the norm in agriculture, but behind the low costs there are even lower wages, as well as an uncertain quality of work.

The company invests in the training of both administrators and employees, in order to always have new interpretations of the company structure and the natural environment in which it operates.

Each worker has his own specialization, vineyard, cellar, olive grove and machine park, in which he operates with considerable decision-making autonomy.
