In our busiest periods we make use of seasonal contracts. For the grape harvest we hire five or six grape harvesters, usually friends or people from the area.
The company invests in the training of both administrators and employees, in order to always have new interpretations of the company structure and the natural environment in which it operates.
Each worker has his own specialization, vineyard, cellar, olive grove and machine park, in which he operates with considerable decision-making autonomy.
