Description

A Tuscan white that combines the aromas and grace of the Tuscan grape with the softness and body of the French grape.
Made from Chardonnay fermented in barrique and kept on the fine lees for three months and Malvasia Bianca fermented in steel.
The two varieties macerate on the skins until spontaneous fermentation begins.
The light soaking on the skins, the fermentation in wood on the fine lees, together with the malolactic fermentation, make this wine a full-bodied and smooth product, with a typical buttery note.
